OF WORLD LEADER’S CURRICULUM

The vision of this ten month world leaders curriculum is to develop an extensively interactive educational leadership development program that your college or organization can use for emerging and seasoned leaders. This incredible leadership development program will provide any leader with the skill sets necessary to serve as an effective leader of the 21st century and make a positive impact in their communities, nation and world.

In order to fulfill this vision, not only does the curriculum require the work of a committed, passionate, and engaging leadership facilitator, but it requires a committed group of emerging and seasoned leaders who are serious about developing the proper leadership skills necessary to obtain leadership success and make a positive impact in their community, nation, and world!

To reap the positive benefits of this transformational leadership development program, participants will need to access different leadership assessments offered throughout the ten-month process, obtain a student leadership curriculum workbook, and a copy of Joshua’s newest leadership book entitled, Are You the World’s Next Top Leader?

Listed below is a quick synopsis of the four levels that make up the world leader’s curriculum.

Level One

Focus: Discovering the Leader from Within

In the first three months of the world leader’s curriculum, emerging and seasoned leaders will focus on discovering the leader from within and really developing a greater understanding of who they are as a leader and person.  During this extensive twelve week process, not only will these world leaders learn extensively about self-awareness, exceptional character, passion, core values, strengths, positive thinking, intuitive intelligence, courage, authentic leadership, purpose driven leadership, and emotional intelligence, but they will engage in different leadership assessment activities, reflection exercises, group coaching sessions, and interactive discussions with at least one mentor of their choice per month.

Our desired hope over these first three months is that each participant of the leadership development program will complete the process with a deeper understanding of self and a fully developed understanding of these eleven concepts of leadership that can be immediately integrated into their leadership experience.

Level Two

Focus: Evolving into an Incredible Operational Leader

In the second three months, our vision is to help emerging and seasoned leaders begin the process of evolving into an incredible operational leader that can positively transform their organizations. During this extensive twelve week process, not only will each of the leaders learn extensively about vision, strategic action planning, developing a team, solution-focused leadership, effective communication, competence as it relates to your area of expertise, different leadership styles, ethical leadership, resilience, humility, and teamwork, but they will engage in variety of assessment activities, reflection exercises, group coaching sessions, and interactive discussions with at least one mentor of their choice per month.

Our desired hope over these second three months is that each of the student leaders complete this second part of the process with a fully developed understanding of the eleven concepts of leadership that consists of these emerging and seasoned leaders evolving into exceptional operational leaders and learning how to effectively integrate these leadership qualities into their personal and professional leadership experience.

Level Three

Focus: Transforming into a Great Relational Leader

In the next three months, our vision is to help student leaders begin the process of developing into an exceptional relational leader that can positively connect, work with, lead, and transform the lives of others within the organization as leaders. Student leaders will learn extensively about servant leadership, leading with love, networking with others, relationship management, conflict resolution, the adaptable leader, the inspirational leader, the socially competence leader, the globally competent leader, and the tech savvy leader. They will also engage in an array of assessment activities, reflection exercises, group coaching sessions, and interactive discussions with at least one mentor of their choice per month.

Each of the participants will complete this three month process with a fully developed understanding of the eleven concepts of leadership that consists of these emerging and seasoned leaders knowing how to effectively connect, work with, lead, network, build strong relationships, and positively transform the lives of others within the organization.

Level Four

Focus: Establishing a Strong Spiritual Foundation for Leadership Success

The final month of the curriculum is designed to help leaders establish a strong spiritual foundation for leadership success so that can experience the positive results of spiritually minded leaders.  During this extensive four-week process, not only will student leaders learn extensively about purpose, legacy, prayer, social justice, courageous faith, spiritual laws, and the importance of having a relationship with God, but they will also engage in different leadership assessment activities, reflection exercises, group coaching sessions, and interactive discussions with at least one mentor of their choice.

Each of the student leaders will complete this month long process with a fully developed understanding of the final seven concepts of leadership that consists of these emerging and seasoned leaders knowing how to effectively establish a solid spiritual foundation for leadership success in the 21st Century.
